“The barman was very obliging and kept the bar open late for us. Staff very helpful and organised taxis.”
“Our room was spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom was modern with an excellent shower and beautiful thick towels, with a separate WC. We had our evening meal in the gastronomic restaurant, the food was ok, although my chicken had obviously sat under the heat lamps while my husbands main was prepared and it was very dry with the sauce had formed a skin on it. The service was disappointing, we waited a long time for our wine to arrive. It appeared to us that none of the wait staff new what the other was doing as we were asked twice to sign the bill, which we had already done. The only reason we went to stay here was the young men that now run it use to own a fantastic bed n breakfast, Les Roches,in Mont-Saint-Jean, where we had stayed many years ago. Sadly we were a bit disappointed in our evening meal.”
