“Friendly and welcoming staff! Good location in the old port with a magnificent view from the rooftop”

“There is no parking - the hotel is a 5 min (7 euros) ride from the train station or an short walk if you are not bogged down by luggage. The location is just off the old port - the staff is helpful, checking in and out was a breeze - the rooms are clean and bright and fully functional - breakfast is convenient - the location and the terrace are awesone-everything is easy to see and get to from here.”

“Great location, smack in the middle of the buzz and literally 20 metres from the waterfront. View from the room, pleasant staff. Not noisy at night! Short, level walk to parking, 2 blocks. Great choice of many eating places very nearby, less than 200 metres.”

The location is wonderful and the roof terrace amazing. It is not made clear when it is open so for two out of the three nights we were staying it was shut The night it Was open was a private party The new harbour area was amazing but again no help from staff to find it”

“Hermès offers the best view from their terrace where you can also have breakfast. Chris is the best host you can ever imagine! He welcomed us so friendly and he gave us a lot of tips about Marseille, he even helped us with travel tips when he had a day off. We felt really comfortable and touched during our staying in the hotel. We will definitely come back to Marseille to visit him in Hermès! :)”

“Roof top patio was amazing, staff wonderful! Proximity to everything we wanted to see was perfect! Le Panier is close for extra good dining and wondering. Rooms were really cute, but I'd give a 6/10 for clean, and can hear through the walls, but we laughed about it. The pro's way out way the con's for the price. “The staff was so nice and attentive, it made the experience very positive from the get go. As far as location, it's probably the best place you can be as it's very close to Panier and the old port. The room itself was ok, nothing good or bad and quite comfortable for the price. The best thing about this hotel is its roof top terrace. Amazing view for a happy hour or a little breakfast! Don't hesitate to book this hotel is you're looking for a great overall value for your money. Don't expect luxury or anything but it's quite good and clean. ”
