“The hotel is at an excellent location on the main road. It has an onsite restaurant which is great. The breakfast and food were all very good. The staff is very welcoming, warm, helping and friendly. The rooms and bath rooms were clean and comfortable. There was no issue of hot or cold water, towels, or linen. Free WiFi for every individual floor was a great idea. Free parking at site was another value addition. The overall decor personally supervised by the thoughtful owners was very impressive and also reflective of the Swiss and Alpine culture. Overall a comfortable and excellent stay. We shall come again to the same hotel if we visit the area. Keep up the good work !”
“We arrived very late afternoon after hiking for 9 hours, most of it in heavy rain. The room was large and comfortable, the shower wonderfully hot to ease the aching body. We both had beef steaks for dinner which were so delicious and tender.”

“Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind einfach, zweckmässig eingerichtet und wurden offenbar erst kürzlich renoviert. Alles war sauber und vom Balkon (strassenseitig) hat man eine sensationelle Aussicht in die Berge. Auch das Restaurant scheint komplett erneuert und hat uns bezüglich Einrichtung und Ambiente sehr gut gefallen. Das Abendessen war gut, die Auswahl vielseitig, die Preise fair. Eher überschaubar gehalten ist das Frühstücksbuffet. War ok, mehr aber nicht. Das Personal war bis auf eine Ausnahme im Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.”
