“The hotel is located on the heights of Leukerbad and benefits from a nuce view on the valley and the surrounding mountains. It is conveniently located at the beginning of the path to the waterfall. The hotel dates back to the 1880's and has kept a kind of 1920's appealing atmosphere. You can easealy imagine couples in Bugattis stopping in front of the hotel and women in crinoline climbing the stairs to its entrance. The bar has kept this out of time feeling. The room was nice - thank you for the upgrade - with a classic decoration a bit outdated in style, but perfectly in line with the global atmosphere. We enjoyed the balcony with a breathtaking view on the valley, as we were on the fourth floor. Like other clients we stayed there till sunset. The outdoor swimming pool was great, very warm and with a view on the mountains.”
