“Forget about the big chain hotels and come to this delightfully authentic, warm and charming boutique hotel. We particularly liked the family room which was immense with comfortable areas for sitting and visiting, as well as a dining/desk area. There was even a full-sized bottle of chilled Veuve Clicquot champagne ready to launch your stay (not gratuit). The breakfast room and the breakfast itself was a very big plus, arranged in an enormous room designed to awaken memories of your best leisurely breakfasts at home with family. The hotel is a very short walk to the pedestrian zone where one can find excellent restaurants and shops; there is even one just outside the front door of the hotel. It is a lovely hotel and city, well worth visiting! The staff were friendly and professional. We loved it.”
“Very handy to the centre and railway station...very quiet..large room and hosts friendly. Used BRIVE as a stop off point from the Dordogne en route tom Paris. Left Brive at 8am arrived Paris just after noon....straight to the airport. Train trip to Paris was 120 euros for two...one way. Staff at the property did our washing.”

She even came out into the street to help my husband with the parking meter! We had an enormous room with great views over Brive. PS - we didnt have 'bobbly' bedsheets as mentioned by a previous reviewer!!”
