“The rooms are all different, lavishly ornamented in ship style. Really cool!!! The shower in our room was a high-tech experience in its own, with funky lights, radio and water from every side. The best is of course the view on the beach, water, rocks, Sept Iles. NO! That is not what is the best, the breakfast here is really the best ever!!! A fantastic home-baked selection of bread (more than a dozen kinds), sweets. Make sure you save space in your stomach!”

“Fabulous accommodation overlooking the windswept bay and beach. Small but secure car parking area. Restaurant doesn't offer the usual fixed price menus, but is a la carte only. It's more of a cafe type menu, but good none the less. Lots of bread and patisserie items, which are baked by the owners. Unbelieveable choice at breakfast. We counted 10 different breads, plus we were offered hot breakfasts as well, which we availed of”

“The breakfasts, which are relatively expensive at 12 euros pp, are none the less well worth it. Freshly baked breads, cakes, pastries and croissants made by the attentive proprietress, fresh fruit and juices. Crepes and omelettes to order. The hotel is ship themed, with the rooms as luxury cabins. We had booked a standard sea view double room but were given an upgrade to the suite with the Jacuzzi bath - just the thing to relax in after a hard day walking the pink granite coastline. The hotel is right on the sea front so good views of the bay.”

“Beach hotel styled in the most charming way: sailing boats on the wall tapestery; a globe integrated into the living room table; the kids' bed styled as a sailing boat with real sails and steering wheel. Incredibly yummy breakfast with homemade pastry, jam, and bread. We were upgraded to a three-room apartment with private terrace overlooking the beach. Absolute gem among hotels!”

“AMAZING! Absolutely fantastic place. Have to stay in the main apartment, it's bigger than we though, you have a living-room, small kitchenette, bedroom and an amazing bathroom all overlooking the bay and the beach just in front of the hotel. The boat like decorations and furniture are all done with amazing attention to detail. You don't expect to have such a great apartment in the hotel. The bath was just incredible, with a brand new Jacuzzi for 2, overlooking the window with views over the bay with the sun setting just in front of your window and if the jacuzzi is not enough there's a high tech shower for 2 of course with masage function. The family that owns the place are super nice, hard working and care about your stay.”
