“The location in the centre of town but fronting to a quiet almost pedestrian only area although with some parking. Plenty of free parking behind the hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and a comfortable friendly bar with outside sitting weather permitting. I hope to return soon. the restaurant is also highly recommended.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to arrange taxis for us as we couldn't speak basque or French. The bed was too firm for us so they arranged a Matress topper so it was more comfortable. They also forwarded on my earrings as I left them behind. Saint Palais was a very nice city and this was a great place to stay”
