I'm extremely surprised by few mediocre reviews on this site. Since I don't eat breakfast at hotels, not getting it was not a problem; checking in and out was very smooth. My only regret is that I couldn't stay there one more night. Oh and the restaurant, while 30%-50% pricier than other restaurants, it was still great. Good way to spend our last night in Casablanca before leaving on the same night. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Will stay there again, as it seems I'll be going to Casablanca on business starting next year.”
“I requested a taxi from the Casablanca airport via email since my flight was getting in late. They were very responsive and my taxi was waiting for me, even after a 1 hour delay. They had upgraded me to the Jean Cocteau room, which was beautiful. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The front desk staff is extremely professional, excellent English, and very prompt with helping me get a taxi to the Hassan II Mosque as well as back to the airport. The hotel is on a tiny street, so many taxis may not know where it is - Just dial in the front desk and have them speak to the driver directly to provide directions.”
