“Jean-Francois is a passionate service manager. He is more than helpful for many dumb tourist questions that we threw at him. Just remember that after he leaves at 7pm, the other guy is pretty much the opposite. He probably wishes he doesn't work there.”

“The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very close to the train station so we could walk to the hotel and drop our luggage off before spending the day at the palace and its amazing gardens. Just around the corner was Hertz so when it came time to venturing into the surrounding country picking up a rental car was so easy. We loved the cute little fish tank wrapped around the reception desk and we had a long conversation with a friendly chap at the desk about medieval towns in France.”
