“The location is super! it takes more or less 2-3 minutes to walk to the old city entrance, and let's say 5-10 minutes to walk right in the core of it. Also, the place is very easily reached by car and from it it is very easy to drive in and out of Carcassonne. Very close to a few supermarkets and other stores as well. A good base for a few days in Carcassonne. Also, from our room we had a super romantic view of the city walls and towers, and a nice little private terrace as well. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff has been extremely helpful in trying and solve the bathroom and parking issues we reported (see below) but still, those seem to be 'structural' issues the staff cannot do much about.”
