Particularly, Ms Chris Xu, asst front desk manager, outdid her job when she found out our luggages were misplaced to another room, she handled the re-arrangement by herself, visited our room in person to apologise. She even called the technician immediately to come to our room to carry out some repairs. She stayed with us till all problems were solved. She deserves a mention and attention from the management. The other two staffs, Lisa Xu and Amy Cho were very helpful at the front desk too at time of check out.”
