“The staff were most helpful, we were a party of 10 gone to Ibiza to attend our niece's wedding. The staff helped us with all our requests from booking our taxis to the wedding reception, changing the mother of the bride's bedroom to a very suitable one and with a sea view, phoned to confirm our transfer to the airport when we could not do so online. Service with a smile and the utmost courtesy at all times. Members of the family who are well travelled abroad all congratulated the staff on their service in the restaurant, the bar and at the reception. The rooms were big, cleaned everyday with change of towels and bed sheets.”
