“Front Desk Clerk was very unfriendly and rude! There are major problems with the Plastic Access Keys, we couldn't even get on the elevators let alone our room! We went through a total of 7 keys and the guests across the hall had the same issue? The building was like a ghost town and very,very, dated. The Staff entered our room while we were gone, not cool as I had multiple expensive Prescriptions on the desk, valuables,etc. Way over priced for the money, parking is horrible, no air conditioning in hallways,elevators, common areas, etc. Tried discussing our issues with AM Front Desk Staff and they just chuckled. Our Company will never return or give referrals. Don't waste your time or money, you'll be sorry!!!”
