“I stayed in the standard double room (smoking) and it was very spacious and clean. The room has an efficient air purifier. It's a short walk from Tama Center Station and Tama Center Monorail station, and it was a delight to discover a hot spring spa a mere 5-minute walk from the hotel.”

“The location is perfect for visitors of Sanrio Puroland, though we did not have time to visit the park. We visited here for one reason -- the Hello Kitty-themed room -- and the rate was several hundred dollars less than for the other option at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo in Shinjuku. We arrived extremely late at night, and we were glad to find a 24-hour convenience store. The train station is a short walk away, and the neighborhood appears very safe. (Be sure to go to Tama Center Station, NOT Tama Plaza Station, as we found out the hard way.) As far as the room goes, it was very well themed with 3-D depictions of Hello Kitty and Dear Daniel zooming around a Hello Kitty-themed city. We received the following souvenirs: 2 Hello Kitty plush, both in the same purple dress; 2 pair of room slippers, one purple and one pink, both with Hello Kitty and the hotel logo; 2 Hello Kitty water bottles; and a few toiletries.”
