“It's all about the staff. They were excellent. Room was comfy - very comfy. The staff got us direction for our travel ( We decided to go off the grid with no mobile (cell) phones of computers). The food was super good. The location could not have been better. Ten minute walk to Kew Gardens. Five minute walk to the "underground". Great food in the pub. So much fun as it is all local people who gather, play music, drink beer and share the fun. Plus, the bus stops right out side to take you to Richmond or Thames riverside pubs. One can't go wrong. Chose the Kew Garden Hotel. You will love it.”

“Spacious comfortable room above a large pub. We received a warm welcome when we arrived. Street parking is free but limited to residents only during some weekday hours. However, at weekends there are no limitations and we were able to park very close to the hotel. The bar/restaurant is also comfortable and spacious and the food we had (one lunch and two breakfasts) was absolutely yummy. Attentive staff and an excellent chef. We hope to return again.”
