“From check in we felt like the staff were there to take care of us. We received great advice about the best places to explore (Christmas markets were open while we were there) and were checked in early so we didn't have to wait around. The breakfast was a fantastic way to start the day, and the location is good for exploring (as long as you like walking) old town, the castle, or the main street, as well as being on the river. It isn't that far from the airport or train station, and a cab was cheap and fast. The room was very comfortable, and a great way to spend a relaxing week on holiday.”

“The hotel was beautiful. We had a city view suite and the room was gigantic! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We still goes up for the walking tour of Prague through the hotel and we're very happy with the entire experience. The attached Italian restaurant also has excellent pizza.”
“Very good Hotel. Near the Center. Underground, Tram, Taxi- all near. Anyway we go for a walk every day and didn't use Transport. All attractions about 20 minutes by walking. Very quiet area. The rooms was very clean and the Maid work was on 10 points !”

The breakfast was excellent and you could sit either inside or out. the staff were very helpful. location was excellent and you could walk to all the well know sites. “I like the hotel's location since it is close to river bank and tram line. Also neighborhood is quiet as it is abit away from tourist attractions and shopping.I took the one bedroom apartment with a spacious living area. It was nicely furnished with a separate toilet and shower rooms.Staff were super friendly.San Carlo restaurant (same as the breakfast area) opens for lunch and dinner with great pizzas and pasta variety. Must try it.Major landmark near the hotel is the dancing house. Czech: Tančící dům.”
