“Johnathon courteous and professional. Facilities were surprisingly clean, new carpet. Room was executive king and had a big space to spread out. I have stayed at a lot of nice places and what I was surprised the most was the ceiling fan over the bed! Indoor swimming pool and small exercise room. Not a big La Quinta but quaint. Mexican food restaurant, waffle house, mcdonalds walking distance. Right by Conroe Outlet Mall and off I45. I liked it. I give it a 9.8, because no one is perfect. Plus breakfast bar was not all that.”

“Location was perfect for my trip. Conroe Outlet Mall across the street. Craker Barrel,Olive Garden plus Kohls and more under a mile away. Landscaping was nice. Inside pool. Very friendly staff. Was able to check-in early. Breakfast was good with usual items. Only 2 story so no one above us. Very quite rooms. A/C worked great. Plus as an extra they had a ceiling fan. Beds plush but firm. I prefer lots of give, but that's a personal preference. ”
