Great breakfast, comfortable bed, clean and tidy throughout. Easy walking distance to the beach south pier and tower with the local gay scene round the corner and any shops you may need. If you've forgotten anything Wilkos is within a five minute walk. Trams were every ten minutes during the day to the rest the golden mile has to offer. All round excellent. ”

“Francis and Angie were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and so was the temperature of the room. Highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten. Everything was cooked to perfection.”

Ideal location for train station and other transport links (bus and tram) to nearby places such as Blackpool Zoo, Stanley Park, Lytham, Poulton le Fylde, Cleveleys, Fleetwood and Knott End. Close to seafront, attractions (tower/piers), shopping centre and restaurants. Lovely breakfast and overall great value for money. “The warm, friendly reception we got from Angie and Fran really go our stay off to a good start and after checking in we spent a very pleasant hour with them in the cosy, intimate bar, where the drinks were very reasonably priced. We were accommodated in three adjoining rooms, so the two unattached members of the party didn't feel isolated. The rooms were warm and spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfy and we had tea and coffee making facilities and a flat screen T.V. We had heard the breakfast was fantastic and it certainly didn't disappoint, hot, tasty and locally sourced farm food and plenty of it. We were in Blackpool to see Ken Dodd at the Grand Theatre, which meant we didn't have a lot of time to spend at the hotel, or the venue's around it and we are planning to book a weekend there every year, so that we can really enjoy the facilities.”
