If you cancel less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be held for up to one year for a future booking. “Well, this hotel is a experience we won't forget for sure! It is amazing! It is a famous place, it is breath taking. The hotel in it self, with rooms that each of them have a different decoration. The super friendly staff that make sure all of our needs are being fulfilled, they show us the entire hotel when we arrive. The hotel also offers free vintage bikes for the guests to ride in this beautiful sights around the hotel, vineyards, wine chateaux, small charming cities! Warm swimming pools, soft robes and towels, huge rooms, excellent wine bar and food! Their restaurant is a Michelin awarded one, so it is AMAZING! Unforgettable really! We didn't go to the spa, but it looks really great too! We would love love to come back some day! Thanks for all the staff for this great stay!”
