“Very nice place, worth the visit. Good location and a quick walk to the hot spots. Close to the river and all the swans that live there.”

“The staff were very helpful. On check in we were allocated out rooms on the 4th floor. Went up to our rooms to drop our bags. When we stepped out of the lift the smell of stale smoke hit us. Went on to our rooms and even from the state of the door I knew we were walking into a dive. It was the worse room I have ever seen. My friends were in the room next door and I knew by their faces their room was no better. We were being charged €139 to stay in a kip I wouldn't put cattle in. As this night away was a Christmas present for my friend I was so disappointed with where I had brought them. These were not the rooms which were advertised on their website. My friend immediately went to reception to complain. I must say the girl on reception was excellent with how she dealt with the situation. She gave us the keys of 3 rooms to choose from. When we went up to the rooms on the 3rd floor it was like we were in a different hotel, from the carpet to the bedroom doors. The rooms on this level are beautiful. The bar is very good for food and entertainment.”

“The food in the bar was awful. Every thing is precooked then ,micro waved. The pork belly with bacon came out cold,sent it back and the replacement was piping hot,leaving the bacon like leather.. JUST AWFUL,,WE A NOT ALL FOOLS WHEN IT COMES TO OUR FOOD....NEVER WILL I RETURN..”
