“Air conditioning in the room was ineffective (to be more honest, useless). The vent seemed to be putting out cold air, but the room temperature stayed at 24 degrees or higher the entire 3 days I was there (displayed on the digital readout in the room), despite the fact that I had 2 keys, always left one in the room power slot, even when I was out, and had the temperature set to low (12 degrees C). The outside temperature in Chengdu during my stay was between 15 and 20 degrees, but even when it was 15 degrees outside, inside my room it was 24 degrees. A bit too warm to sleep comfortably.”

“Fir our one night stay, we arrived 7AM in the morning due to flight delays, and the staff extended our check out to 4PM which we found very reasonable. The hotel is new with good facilities and furniture appointed. The bed is very comfortable.”
