“Overall a very nice situated and developed property. The location is great as it is a fast walk down to the city center, but remote enough to offer rest and privacy from the noisy but fun Montañita. The two pools and jacuzzis were great to relax and the bar had a great flair and we even could watch UFC there. Staff overall was very helpful and considerate. Would definitely go there again”

“The Room was Great! clean with good views of the town and the ocean, Has a very comfortable King Size bed and cable TV "for those rainy days". Breakfast was included and very delicious, staff was nice and friendly and I think that over all a great value for the money. My only recommendation for this place would be to try and perhaps keep the mud around the entrances to this place a bit more under control, not a big deal but certainly a liability issue if someone breaks a leg while trying to get in or out of this place. We loved it and for sure we will return.”
“The owner is on the property and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us tips on places and things to do while in montanita. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. There are two sets of pools and jacuzzis on the property. Great location if you don't want to hear the never ending club music in the center of town. If you do want to be in the middle of it all, this is not the location for you...but if you are looking to be within walking distance of the city center and be able to walk away and have a little of peace and tranquility at the end of the night, this is the perfect place for you.”
