Parking is limited and subject to availability on arrival, it cannot be pre-booked.<br><br>Please note the following when booking a One-Bedroom Suite or a Deluxe Spa Suite:<br>The 2 person rate is based on guests using the king-sized bed only. If 1 guest wants to use the sofa bed, an additional charge will apply. When booking for 3 or 4 guests, these guests will be accommodated on the sofa bed and use of the sofa bed is included in the price.<br><br>Please advise the property of the number of guests staying in each room and whether the sofa bed will be used. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card.<br><br>You must show a valid photo ID upon check in.<br><br>Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 100 security bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation.<p>Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.</p><p>This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise.</p><p>This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.</p>
