“Room was nice and clean (top floor) decent size TV, mini fridge, kettle with lots of tea,coffee and milk 👍 and the bed was comfy, only 5 rooms in the building, the twin room looks really nicely decorated also for anyone staying in there. Perfect location for beachfront,north pier and wintergardens. Good breakfast and tasty (decent bacon 👌). Had no trouble parking, had permit to park at side of hotel. Would stay again 😃”

“It was a joy to stay here, the room and bathroom was spotless and much larger then others we have stayed in had a chance to look at the other rooms and they were also spotless and spacious. Complete with toiletries, tea and coffee, hairdryers, fridge and glasses and bottle opener. Fantastic breakfast, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurts as well as a full english and toast. The owners Melanie and Pete were wonderful hosts very friendly and helpful. Hotel only 5 minutes walk from front but still really quiet. Would definitely recommend to family and friends, and we will most certainly stay there again.”
