“The hotel was nice. The pool and Jacuzzi area is beautiful, however, the pool and spa were filthy. The pool was dirty, however, I attributed that to the storm, but it was much more than that. The spa, however, was a different story. It was absolutely filthy. There was a brown slime ring all the way around on the water line and scum floating on the top. The staff was fantastic, shuttle was great, room was very clean and comfortable. Could use more than 2 towels and 1 soap. Hate paper cups for morning coffee. 2 stars have paper cups 3 1/2-4 have glass, usually. Bathroom Very small.”
