“perfectly clean; hot water works perfectly; all of the staff behaved professionally. everyday room cleaned & bottled water and soda placed in refrigerator. therace is useful and has a nice city view. bathrobes and towels changed daily. neighbourhood is quite. hotel is near to galata tower, galata bridge & istiklal street. breakfast was ordinary,but they serve omlette if you want. mini safe in room. decoration is good and give a high class look.”

“The location was excellent only around the corner from Galata tower but quiet (less than 1 min walk). A great neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly. Check in and check out fast. Room was spotless, bed comfy, plenty of plugs, a tv, fridge, safe etc. Toiletries and bathrobe provided. Fresh towels and room cleaned daily. Shower was spacious. WiFi was reliable and fast. Secure access to hotel with a porter I believe 24/7. Organised taxi to airport for us. Excellent value and location!”
“The hotel has a super position; it is very close to Istiklal Cd. (Shopping) and other parts of Istnabul can be reached easily. We stayed in a Queen Suite and in 2 connected double rooms. The Queen Suite was spacious, and had a balcony. The other rooms had windows in to the courtyard and were very silent for sleeping. The beds were very comfortable.”
