“Our first time staying in a 5-star hotel, and what an incredible experience! The staff were unbelievably friendly, and the reception staff spoke impeccable English. It was my boyfriend's birthday the day we were there, and after sending a small request by email, we arrived to find a huge freshly baked chocolate cake in our room, and balloon decorations! A big thank you for that! We used the swimming pool and were very pleased with this. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was superb and actually very good value for money! Finally, we were meant to check out at 1pm, but we were slightly delayed due to having taken a tour of the Don Manolo coffee tour in the morning. They let us check out later at 2.30pm, which was much appreciated!”
