“The location and view were both magnificent. We had a spectacular view looking onto the beachfront.”
“Great location along the waterfront with a number of restaurants and cafes nearby. Also close to train station which was also convenient for travel to and from Melbourne. Staff were generally very friendly - the staff I encountered upon check-in were warm, genuinely friendly and welcoming. Even the housekeeping and maintenance staff would consistently give a big smile and greeting when I passed them in the hall. Upon checkout however, staff member Tanya was ruthlessly efficient and abrupt and barely managed a smile during our brief interaction which was a disappointing end to an otherwise enjoyable stay.”
