“The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Staff members spoke good English and were always available to help. Particularly one young lady who helped me figure out the local area and facilities, I didn't get her name but she was fantastic (normally worked in the nights I think she was of Algerian background) the room service was fab it was quick and delicious. The staff were kind enough to let us store our luggage in the luggage room and they allowed me to check out slightly later than my original time. Of course if you wish to check out a few hours later than normal there's a charge. I would recommend this hotel to those wishing to visit Lyon.”
