“I booked a room as a Birthday gift for my brother and his girlfriend. I messaged the hotel asking if it would be possible to have a room at the last floor and told them that the room is a birthday gift. The staff was very friendly and they arranged a room on the 8th floor with a great view. When my brother arrived, he received a birthday cake as a gift from the hotel!
