“Had a lovely time at Oakleigh Hotel Blackpool went for the illuminations as a family of four. Great location in the town just off seafront between south and central pier with parking which is a big bonus in Blackpool. The owners Muriel & Dickie are a lovely couple very friendly nothing was to much trouble would definitely stay again.”

“how friendly the owener was and kind and the other customers”
“Room was very small, mattress was very uncomfortable, duvet covers were so old and looked dirty, redecorating required”
“Owners were very friendly and very helpful. Location was in between every thing. Would recommend to families as its family orientated which was lovely. Friendly”
“We did not have breakfast but local cafe near n good on front. He let us park the car the following day free of charge.”
“We had a lovely stay at the Oakleigh Hotel. We were a party of 10 including 4 children. Muriel and Dick made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating with the children. They were very informative about places to go and see during our stay. Although the property is a little dated the beds were spotlessly clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and Muriel did everything possible to attend to our needs.......we had a vegetarian in our party and Muriel was quick to offer scrambled eggs or beans on toast as opposed to the full English. Overall we have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and will most definitely be making it a yearly visit for our family. Thanks for your kind hospitality Muriel and Dick.”
“The beds were very comfy with clean sheets and lovely cosy rooms. The breakfast was very nice and reasonably priced. This hotel is only a 17 minute walk from the Pleasure Beach. Nice friendly owners too.”
“The managers were lovely and the room was of high standard will definitely be returning. It was a friendly, clean and homely hotel.”
