“The location was good, being directly across from K.F.C. The front of house person seemed grumpy, was certain that I had booked for two nights and that I hadn't cancelled one which was going to cause him problems. When I checked my bookings etc I found that this was infact not the case.”
“The owner Chris was most helpful and provide excellent service to us . We had a minor incident at Signal Point in Hokianga , our car window was broken into when we stopped and parked for a short walk and to appreciate the scenic view . When we arrived at Orana motel , we related the incident to Chris and he assisted us in putting up a temporary plastic cover for the window and the next day assisted us to coordinate with AA NZ to get a proper temporary cover for the window . Thank you Chris . By the way , our car was not the only one broken into . We saw the window of another car was broken into too !!!!!!”
