Security, reception, consierge – all very helpful and really professional, as well as service in the Duhao Restaurante. . The garden and wine saved my stay. “The rooms are very spacious, though boring, no real design, cleaning stuff is great, though for such a price and 5 stars they should not put you torn sheets on the bed, as well in the Duhau Restaurant service was amazing, in Piano bar and at the breakfast they are confused, mixing up orders and not organized, spa is good but nothing special, its incomperable to one in Vienna, reception and consiarge are spot on, great service, the garden is super relaxing during hot day in Buenos Aires”
