“Beautiful location above Cusco with views across the city. Although it's not far, the steep climb from the centre back to the hotel at 3,400m is hard work. Would suggest a taxi for anyone not fit. We walked and felt very safe. Lots of weddings on a Saturday, so watch out for fireworks. Charming and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Looked after our luggage while we were away, taking it from one room to another. Provided breakfast box for our early start, then got up to feed us anyway. Superb blend of modern into an old building while retaining original features. Bed was so comfortable.”
“Cozy place with nice view over the city, very clean. Staff is very attentive, sometimes too much.”
“Amazing hotel! The staff really knows what service is. At a day that we had to get up real early for an excursion, something went wrong with the agreement we made with the hotel. They came up with very good suggestions to compensate for the inconvenience. Overall, the service is superb: the best we had in Peru and Bolivia. The hotel in itself feels like home with the living/dining room and a fireplace. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated.”
“Excellent location above the city centre with superb views. Staff were fantastic (we found this to be the case throughout Peru. Collectively the loveliest people we have ever encountered all over the world). Beautiful rooms with original feature, period furniture blended with modern facilities and the comfiest bed. Walk home after dinner only for the fittest.”
“Great breakfast, beautiful dinner and the most amazing room to relax and have pisco sours. The best shower and lovely fluffy towels.”
“This seems like a new property. Very beautiful infrastructure. Location is a bit secluded, but very quiet.”
“Boutique luxury hotel with a breathtaking view of the whole city. Walking distance to main attractions in Cusco , near Plaza de Armas !”
“Excellent ambience, staff and location in an eucalyptus grove.”
“I travel a lot and this may have been the best stay I've ever had. Tatiana and the hotel staff pull out all the stops to make sure everyone has a phenominal stay.”
“Everything. This hotel is located on the hill just above the Cusco main town square. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was an issue for them to any of our requests. The room was lovely and well appointed. Wifi connection was good. Breakfast was really good. Would recommend if you want a quiet relaxing place to stay.”
