- Please note that, when booking 5 rooms or more, the property will ask for a prepayment of 30% of the whole stay as a guarantee. This payment will be taken 1 month in advance of arrival. In case of cancellation of the booking, this 30% prepayment will be used as a non-refundable cancellation fee.<br><br>Guests must provide their vehicle information immediately after their arrival since access to the property's area is restricted to residents only. Failing to do this will result in a fine by the local traffic department. Palau Sa Font must be always notified before entering the restricted area.<br><br>Please note that parking is not possible at the hotel's main entrance. Guests are kindly asked to park their cars in a public parking area.
