“Hotel nicely surprised me. Arrived in the evening and was starving. The receptionist (young man) on duty checked me in quite fast and since the hotel does not have a restaurant, he prepared me a pizza and brought it up to my room. I saw some comments complaining about lack of restaurant. I agree it would be great since there is nothing around but I do not think the hotel would profit from it. They offer sandwiches and pizzas and that is totally sufficient. Room was awesome! I stayed at the top floor and had a nice balcony. Bathroom had a spacious shower corner, everything was spotlessly clean and the mood setting lighting was an awesome touch! I sleep in hotels more than home due to my job and this was one of the best beds I have ever slept on. Fluffy yet firm pillows for good head support which you do not see in hotels much as well. Staff was great! very friendly and attentive. Free parking, fast wifi, very quiet location...This hotel is perfect!”

“The room has a nice size and it is warm, the water of bath is nice warm, the signal of WIFI internet is very good, the breakfast has several options of breads, candies, juices and fruits. The manager of the hotel is a very friendly and helpfully person.”
“During our road trip, we stopped for one night at Carlsbad Inn near Karlovy Vary. One of the pluses was the free parking right next to the hotel and the non-stop reception. Rooms are pretty small, but very clean and comfortable. There is a coloured light in the bathroom, which can be pretty fun, especially when it's dark outside. Before I stayed at the hotel, I read previous comments saying that there were issue with the coffee machine - I would like to mention that there is a coffee machine from Illy and the coffee was good(not great).”
