- When making a reservation, the property offers regular rates and all-inclusive rates. Regular rates are per night and include breakfast only.<br><br>All-inclusive rates can be booked for 3, 4 or 5 nights and include all meals and several additional services. To see more details, please search 3, 4 or 5 nights and the package will be shown in the Double or Twin Tent All-Inclusive description.<br><br>Pick-ups and shuttles are included only for the all-inclusive rates.<br><br>LOCAL TAX LAW.<br>Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%<br>To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).<br>This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “This place was pure luxury. The price was a little high on what we normally spend on accommodation for our family holidays, but the setting, food and staff made it worth the spend. We travelled with a small baby and given the remoteness of the location, was amazed to see they had everything catered for, for her. We originally booked for one night but ended up staying for two it was so amazing! The staff were truly the best I have come across in memory. They weren't just friendly, every single one we encountered bent over backwards at any given time to assist and made a true effort to get to know you. Food was also amazing 5 star quality.
