- Please note that free shuttle services to Tsim Sha Tsui K11 Art Mall is available.<br><br>Airport Shuttle Bus service on arrival is available at HKD 100 net per person (operated from 10:30 to 23:30 daily). Please reserve at least 2 days in advance. To enjoy the service, guests can approach the shuttle bus counter A14 in Arrival Hall A at the airport for registration within 2 hours upon arrival. Shuttle bus reservation must be cancelled 1 day (16:00) before the appointed service time (hotel local time) to avoid cancellation surcharge.<br><br>Guests are kindly requested to present the same credit card used to prepay your booking when checking-in the hotel for verification purposes.<br><br>Please note that different cancellation policy may apply for group reservations of over 9 room for the same stay date.<br><br>Please be advised that the outdoor pool area is closed from 1st November 2017 until further notice.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “They checked us in early, rooms are clean & shower is modern. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from bus & train & 40 minute ride from the airport. Located in the middle of local markets, it was perfect for us. This was our stop between Canada & Australia & we are booked for the return stay as well.”

“It was very convenient to get to the nearest MTR station (Diamond Hill Station Exit A2). Even though most comments mentioned that it is located in the mor industrialised area, it's not as scary and secluded as imagine. In fact there were always people walking on the street from early morning to late night and we did not feel unsafe for any reason. The hotel was also busy with a lot of tourists staying there. There was a McCafe within 5 mins walking and several eateries within walking distance as well.”
“This hotel is excellent. It is my prewedding trip in HK, so the reservation team surprised me with upgraded. All the staffs are polite nice and well communicatie. The housekeeping did really good job for making up the rooms during our 4 nights stay. The front desk staffs are helpful. The room is comfort with king size beds. Bottle of waters are given everyday. There has shuttle bus hourly to TST, really convenience. There has lots of local restaurants nearby. 7-11 just few mins away from hotel. I highly recommended this hotel to everyone. This hotel really exceeded my expecataion. It makes my trip lots of memories. Thank you.”
“This hotel is uber modern, sleek and hip. Though it is not right in the middle of the action, it is just close enough to get to and from wherever you need to go easily and cheaply (they also have a free shuttle bus and are close to the subway) and the savings from staying here was worth it. Though we didn't have time to try them, the restaurants looked so inviting with steaming dim sum and italian pizza, and there were game rooms scattered all over the place. Shuttle bus to the center was punctual and convenient and leaves hourly. Last one comes back at 7:30 though (later would have been better, but it wasn't an issue). The room was comfortable and had all these hipster toiletries and the view from the 29th floor was pretty spectacular. I would stay here again.”
