“The location was perfect! We got in late and in the morning I really only had an hour to explore before we had to go to the airport as I have been to Madrid many times and chose to sleep in. In that hour I was able to see the Royal Palace, The Plaza Major, stop at the San Miguel Market and grab lunch as well as shop and grab Starbucks. Needless to say the location is the big seller. The hotel itself is also very nice. Clean and comfortable. Excellent spot.”

Selection changed up daily. Friendly staff at front desk. Comfortable beds, nice shower. Our room was in the back and very quiet.”

“the room was adequate to our needs. there was a wooden pillar in the middle of the entrance hall of the room, and also one in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and very good value for the cost. The hotel was situated close to a number of restaurants and bars, and the Grand Via was on our doorstep for all shops.”
