“The staff at this hotel are INCREDIBLE! The young girl who checked us in spoke very good English and explained everything about the city and pointed out the points of interest on the map. All of the staff welcomed us each time we came in and were very helpful with booking taxi's etc. The hotel itself is very cute, it has a really nice courtyard & the rooms are spacious with nice details. We look forward to stay here again if we are ever in Pingyao!”
