“This property had new owners.I really felt that in spite of some reviews they received that we’re unfavorable that they were making great efforts to improve the overall accommodations . I observed many things I felt were modest changes and others that still needed improvement (ie; shower heads,ceilings,furniture),however I felt comfortable as a result of not seeing bed bugs and having reasonable amenities.I saw great potential and I believe they should be given the “benefit of doubt.””

“Even though I had some unpleasant experiences upon my check-in, the manager Mike went above & beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy!!! He even made the statement "I'll probably get fired for this, but I want you to be happy." I told him, I didn't want him to get fired over anything, but I was paying good money & wanted the things I had asked for to be right. He spent at least a good couple of hours working with me & Booking.com to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. We need more people like Mike in this world that take pride in their work!!!”
