“The gentleman at the desk was named Don. We arrived an hour early. Our room wasn't ready. He upgraded us to a better room at the same price and allowed us in an hour before check in time. The next morning we checked out about 8:30am. My wife had an issue and needed privacy. We returned to the hotel where I was happy to see Don at the desk. I asked him if we could go back to room we rented the day before. He said it was no problem and gave us a new key to go back to the room. I shook his hand and thanked him for being so kind to us. Because of a great man, we found a great hotel.”
