The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).<br>This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.

“The Ocean view from the bedroom. It's like you are in a cruise ship almost inside the ocean. Nice piano bar”
“First of all, the staff, they we're very kind not only at reception but also during the stay, I'm specially grateful because they opened the bar one hour before so I could watch Spanish Supercup (Hala Madrid!) . The views were also great, you can see the sea from the restaurant, the bar and the rooms. You can also enjoy a very good sunset if you are lucky with the weather. The spa is also good. In conclusion a very good place and a very comfortable stay in Con Con.”
