“We like everything in this hotel. Will visit again.”
“I stayed here because of the pool and sauna after a long 16 hour plane trip. The pool was warm water and the sauna perfect for relaxing. However, the use of the provided bathrobe to walk to the pool facilities was not explained well. One wears clothes not bathrobe! I was informed by the lobby staff regarding this procedure. The hotel offers a range of dining choices. Light breakfast eaters can avoid the standard buffet and buy coffee and croissants at the cafe shop. Likewise a small snack can be bought at the bar lobby area if no dinner is desired during the stay. The shuttle bus was on time. The hotel has good bus service (for a fee) to Tokyo Station and many people used this service.”

“Location was close to the Fukuoka station; 10 mins walk but you may need to ask for directions on your arrival. We did as the hotel is slightly off the main road. The staff were helpful although their command of English is weak. Self Laundry/dryer machines available - cheap; buy soap powder from reception - fantastic! Breakfast was standard; set menu A / B plus coffee/tea, cereals, yoghurt, salad & other japanese condiments for rice porridge on the buffet line.”
