“Floorless hotel, impeccable staff and stunning facilities! The staff are amazing!! We felt every member of staff were pleasant and did a fabulous job. We felt special and staff went out of their way to cater to our needs. We stayed here for one night with our dog on our way back to Berlin and were impressed. The hotel itself is lovely and looks brand new, the rooms a spotless and have well-appointed furnishings and gorgeous bathrooms. The Wellness centre is amazing and once again perfectly spotless. The restaurant is delicious and caters for lots of different tastes at good prices. Breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast we have ever had and the homemade products are a lovely touch. And finally the beer! The beer is brilliant! so good we bought 6 small bottles and 1 large plus a raspberry jam home with us! I can not recommend this hotel enough! WELL DONE and keep up the great work.”
“Very polite and professional staff, delicious breakfast with many healthy choices and clean and comfortable rooms. My husband and I enjoyed dinner in the Brauhaus as well. Our waiter, Mister Ledder-Buck, was very professional and courteous which resulted in a pleasant evening. Every day we took a ride through the countryside of Vorpommern to get to our destination fo the day on the Baltic Sea/Ostsee. What a beautiful part of Germany!”
