“Actually everything! Staff there are very helpful and friendly, please to help! Especially the service from navigator Khum and the male navigator (sorry I forgot his name) are very impressive. They gave great suggestion for dinner place, spa and transportation, they helped to plan our whole trip! Very decent room, gorgeous pool and great breakfast! Spa was excellent there! Must try if you have time! Definitely coming back for next time :)”

“Khun Deer the manager is very helpful at checking in. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is brand new and clean. The cleaning staffs works very hard at their obsession so it takes sometime for the room to be ready. As a result the room is extra clean. Kids club are heaven to our kids. Food are superb. I would give 10 of 10 rate for front Khun audi who took goodcare of me since first walk out till checked in at room 716.Layout Design of hotel (3 steps not block view and wind) especially swimming pools (nice landscape, nice for swimming and for sunbathing, playarea pool for kids) Spacious room with gorgeous sunset view. Comfortable bed, bath tub, showering area, and sofa (in room and balcony). Bathrobe is very comfortable. Extend checkout time to 2PM.”
