The staff was friendly and accommodating when I requested rather last minute for a late checkout, which was available to me through my genius status through booking.com. I was very appreciative for that late checkout as I deal with a chronic pain issue and was unaware I had to request the late checkout in advance through booking.com. So a HUGE 'thank you' goes out to the front desk that day of our checkout. The pool area was nice. The location is also fantastic - directly beside Columbia Mall and other popular shopping like TJMaxx, etc.”
