“A remote location at the top of a hill which made it very windy, a welcome relief from the heat of the coast or towns. If you have a car it's a good location from which to visit Dali's house in Cadaques and Dali's museum in Figueres although you have to be comfortable driving on the windy mountain roads. A lovely quiet location which serves a typical Catalan breakfast with local produce of excellent quality.”
“Wonderful views, spacious well equipped room, excellent breakfasts, friendly helpful staff”
“Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. Room was fantastic, own kitchen and lounge area, large bathroom and little table on terrace. Breakfast was good. Lovely ambience.”
“What a lovely experience. Two things would have made the experience perfect. Shuttle to the town Cateques as it very difficult to get transport back to the vineyard at night and information on the wonderful tapas bar associated to the vineyard! We spotted the MF restaurant at the end of the night and I'm so sad we didn't get a chance to try it!!”
“Great location, super friendly and helpful staff and beautiful rooms. We were treated like kings!”
“Family owned vineyard. They treat all guests like friends. The setting is gorgeous in the mountain between Cadaques and Roses. The room was large and nicely appointed. Breakfast in the morning is delicious with fresh tapas and freshly squeezed juice. The staff seems very happy to work there and it shows on the level of attention to detail. One night we were treated to a evening concert by a singer/songwriter in the grounds. It's a 7 min drive to Cadaques.”
“Fabulous location, lovely staff. A great place to relax an chill out. Not cheap but worth every penny.”
“Lovely surroundings and excellent breakfast. We also liked the free samples of wine!”
“The place has a lot of potential which is not being utilized. The reception and check in process was bad getting no information at all from some people who were working in the cellar”
“Quiet location, 5km from Cadaques. Working winery with rooms. Room clean, comfortable with separate space to sit and mezzanine bed space. Water, coffee, juice on tap. Staff very pleasant, helpful and chatty - despite us being there in midst of grape picking. Several areas to sit and admire the views, but it is a windy stretch of coast. Excellent breakfast; omelette from estate hens particularly memorable. If you prefer to start the day with yoghurt, fruit, etc., tell hotel in advance as default is, fine, Iberian ham.”
