“The reception staff and staff throughout the hotel were very friendly. I spoke basic spanish, and they were happy to try to speak with me in English, as best they could. Cleaning service is excellent. I lost my postcard in my hotel room, it must have fallen from the back of my book. Amazingly, I was back at my desk in my office when the postcard arrived!!! Someone found it, bought a stamp, put it on the postcard and posted it! Such a wonderful act of kindness by someone in this hotel. Many thanks and prayers to whoever you are out there.”
