We needed two rooms for our family of 4 and the staff made the extra effort to locate us on the same level which gave us peace of mind as our children were closer to us. It was also great that they could keep our big luggage overnight after we checked out and headed to a nearby Ryokan for a night. Thank you Sannomiya!!”
